Terms and Conditions for the soulsinbox Story Submission Form:
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your story to soulsinbox. By submitting your story, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit your story.
- 1. Content Submission:
By submitting your story to soulsinbox, you confirm that the content provided is your original work and that you own the rights to the content. You also grant soulsinbox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, translate, publish, distribute and monetize your story for the purposes of creating podcast episodes. Nevertheless soulsinbox is not forced to nor has to use the story submitted if for whatever reason is not up to the formatting, quality or content that the podcast requires.
- 2. Confidentiality and Anonymity:
soulsinbox respects your privacy. While your story may be featured in our podcast, we will use pseudonyms or country/state only to protect your anonymity. We will not disclose your full name or contact information without your explicit consent.
- 3. Content Guidelines:
Your story should not contain any offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language. soulsinbox reserves the right to reject submissions that violate these guidelines.
- 4. Rights and Permissions:
By submitting your story, you acknowledge that you are granting soulsinbox the right to use your story as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that your story does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
- 5. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold soulsinbox and its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your submission or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- 6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
soulsinbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the soulsinbox website. Continued submission of stories after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
